Mr Lim Kim Shin is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. As CIO, Kim Shin heads the InfoTech & Digital Transformation Department which is responsible for ensuring a reliable and secure ICT infrastructure in PUB, driving the development of Smart digital technology across PUB, and developing cybersecurity strategies to safeguard PUB’s operations and data.
