Dr. Jia is from the Yellow River Institute of Hydraulic Research, YRCC, and graduated from Beijing Normal University. Her major is ecological hydrology. She has presided over and participated in more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects, including 6 hosting projects, like National Youth Natural Science Foundation, sub-projects of National Key Research and Development Program and Joint Fund Project of National Natural Science Foundation, Key Science and Technology Program of Henan Province and Yellow River Conservancy Research Institute Basic Research Fund Special Project, etc. She has published 70 papers (more than 50 SCI papers). Among these, 20 as the first or corresponding author, cited more than 2000 times, and dozens of invention patents. She is a frequent reviewer of over a dozen journal, and on the editorial board of HydroResearch, Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution, Journal of HydroEcology and other journals.
