Bin Lian received the M.S. degree in computer application technology from Hebei University of Engineering, Handan, China, in 2014. She is currently a Ph.D. student with the Hebei University of Engineering. Her current research interests include the integration of sensing and communication, the Internet of Things, and smart water conservancy.
