Hairui Li, a PhD student in Management Science and Engineering, received his complete higher education experience at North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower. His research work during his PhD is dedicated to the application of artificial intelligence technology in water conservancy project safety management, and his main research interests include early structural anomaly recognition, engineering operation safety risk assessment and intelligent maintenance.
