Salvador Navas holds a degree in Civil and Territorial Engineering from the University of Castilla La Mancha and a master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cantabria. He has developed his professional career at IH Cantabria as a specialist in hydroclimatology, water resources management, and artificial intelligence, in addition to participating in the development of new methodologies for flood studies. He is currently a predoctoral researcher, which allows him to delve deeper into research and make significant contributions to his field.
