Registration Fees

* Students and yound professionals must upload a proof of being a student or under the age of 35,
* Low Income Countries are the Low, Lower-Middle and Upper-Middle income economies defined according to the World Bank Country and Leading Groups »Country Classification data.

Methods of Payment
1. Online payment is accepted only and all payments will be processed under Allinpay ( International credit cards issued by Visa, Master, JCB, American Express and Discover are supported ) or Payease payment platform. 
2. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. 

Registration Confirmation
1. Acknowledgement letter will be sent to you by email upon your online registration.
2. You can also check your payment status at ‘My Page’. 

Visa Invitation Letter
1. The HIC2024 organizing committee provides an official letter of invitation for all attendees.
2. This letter will be generated ONLY after payment is complete. You may click on ‘Invitation Letter’ to start downloading.
3. This letter can be printed and used as documentation for visa application purpose.

Receipt / Digital Invoices (Fapiao)
Receipt
1. Participant can download the receipt when payment is complete.
2. Click on [My Orders] from the left menu and you may download it in PDF format.
Fapiao
1. A Chinese Fapiao will be issued to participants who paid their registration fee in CNY.
2. It will be sent to participant’s registered email within 7 working days after the conference.
3. Participants can also download their fapiao online.
